Launched in 2020, V-Co is owned by real-estate company V Point, which took over the eight-floor space from an ex-tenant. Created by business leaders for fellow innovative minds; V-CO is the smarter alternative to ordinary offices, offering a cost effective and flexible workplace solution. We’ve built a trusted and curated network of people, a workspace where business gets done, professional relationships grow and flourish, and work-life balance is easily achieved.
V-Co uses our real-estate experience to help us understand customers’ requirements better. If they take a whole floor, we want to know how employees interact with each other and where the chill-out spaces need to be positioned so we can present them with a carefully crafted, tailor-made space. As a landlord-owned co-working space, the largest in the vibrant Causeway Bay commercial district, we believe in offering better communication between tenants and the building and a higher degree of security and stability for struggling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with shorter, flexible leases. V-Co reached 90% occupancy in January 2021 and the team has pivoted from being building managers to community managers. This is just the beginning of the V-Co brand and we hope to achieve more in the future with the success of our members and teams.
